Re-roof and over clad of showroom and store.

150 sq. metres of failed roof sheeting removed and replaced with single skin Goosewing Grey plastisol sheeting with a Tyvek breather membrane.
New Upvc gutters and down pipes installed and 200 sq. metres of plastisol coated steel cladding fixed to timber battens. The works were carried out over a weekend to minimise impact on the day to day running of the clients business.
